BookDirect.ly (“BookDirect”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides tools that help boutique hotels capture and manage guest inquiries generated from social platforms such as Instagram. Our services include the BookDirect.ly website, hosted pages, messaging workflows, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).

BookDirect.ly does not process payments, complete reservations, or act as a booking agent. All bookings are handled directly between hotels and their guests.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

• We are not responsible for pricing, availability, house rules, refunds, cancellations, or disputes.
• Hotels are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws, taxes, and regulations.

Any agreement between a hotel and a guest is strictly between those parties.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., email, SMS, WhatsApp, Slack, Instagram).

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, pricing, outages, or data practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

You retain ownership of any content you provide. By submitting content, you grant BookDirect.ly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt that content solely to operate and improve the Services.
